Responsible for global investment project analysis and research，Covering equities、bonds、Private equity、real estate and alternative investments，Provide professional analysis and recommendations for investment decisions，Assist management in formulating global asset allocation strategies。
Requirements
- Finance、Economics、Accounting、Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics or related field，Top-tier institutionsMBA、Master's degree preferred
- 2-5years investment banking、Asset Management、Private equity or hedge fund research experience
- Proficient in financial modeling、Valuation analysis（DCF、LBO、Multiples等）and portfolio theory
- Global macroeconomic perspective，Familiar with Asia-Pacific、Major European and US financial markets
- Proficient inPython、R或SQLand other data analysis tools，Quantitative analysis skills
- Fluent in Chinese and English（Written and verbal），Cross-cultural work experience
- HoldCFA、FRM或CAIAand other professional qualifications，or in progress
Responsibilities
- Conduct global macroEconomicsand industry research，Write in-depth investment analysis reports
- Build and maintain complex financial models，Conduct valuation and feasibility analysis of investment targets
- Monitor globalFinancemarket dynamics，Identify investment opportunities and timely risk warnings
- Participate in due diligence of investment projects，Assist in evaluating investment risks and returns
- Assist in building and optimizing investment portfolios，Provide asset allocation recommendations
- Collaborate with global investment teams，Participate in investment decision meetings
