Requirements
- Real estate、Business Administration、Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or related field，Real estateRelated major preferred
- 5-8years real estate development、Real estateMarketing or commercial property leasing experience，Full project management experience preferred
- PossessSingaporeor Bangkok real estate developers、Agents and HNW client resources preferred
- Fluent in Chinese and English，PossessWith government departments、Developer and investor communication skills（Thai language is a plus）
- Outstanding business negotiation、Presentation and interpersonal skills
- Familiar withSingaporeand Bangkok real estate market regulations、Transaction processes and industry practices，PossessDeep local market insights
- HoldSingaporeCEAPracticing license（Estate Agent Licence）Thai real estate broker license preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and executeSingaporeand Bangkok real estate project marketing strategy、Leasing plan and sales targets，Ensure performance targets are met
- DevelopReal estateInvestors、Institutional buyers and HNW individual clients，Build long-term partnerships
- Organize and participate inReal estateProject launches、Investment presentations、Exhibitions and HNW investor events
- Coordinate with developers and headquarters，Provide clients withReal estateInvestment analysis and project due diligence services
- MonitorSingaporeand Bangkok real estate market trends、Policy changes and competitor landscape，Regularly report to headquarters and provide professional market analysis reports
- Achieve business targets，Regularly report business progress

- • Base monthly salary：SGD 7,000-10,500+
